Times are changing!

Summer is almost over. I am so sad! It literally was the fastest summer ever! With Piper being so little and just adjusting to life as a mother of two, it FLEW by! We got to do some very fun things but my to-do list was much longer! I have actually been a bit sad about summer coming to an end. Today we went to Bear Creek Lake Park one last time for the year. We went with great friends Kira and her boys. I made cake pops to celebrate end of summer and all the kids had a blast! Park, water, sand, shovels - what more could you ask for? So, for now we will enjoy today and look forward to getting in a few more nice weather days before it turns cold and yucky. And, of course in typical Kendra fashion, I have a list going of fun winter activities we can do! I am reminded that there is no season I dont love in Colorado! Come on Fall - I am ready for pumpkin playdough, harvest festival, pumpkin patch, blake's halloween party at school, trick-or-treating, our halloween party with friends, park days with slides that aren't scorching HOT, making piles of leaves and knocking them down, going on our annual fall drive, OK - I am good - bring it fall - the Lantermans are ready now!

P.S. Below is one of my favorite pictures from last fall, playing in the leaves...
