This year, we celebrated our 6th year wedding anniversary, but we have been dating for 11 years! That is CRAZY! I can honestly say, he is the one person I am excited to see at the end of the day. He is the perfect husband for me and the perfect dad to our kids. He is my best friend.
He is the dad that comes home from work and gets right down to "business" playing with the kids. He will play legos for hours, can figure out a way to build anything Blake wants, snuggle with Piper, makes us all laugh, take a day off work to go somewhere fun as a family.
He makes each of us better.
He is my soul mate and I am so thankful for him.
With all of that said, I wanted to share our most recent "date".
SO - We got a new camera! We decided to invest in a DSLR camera. The simple fact is, we both really love and have found a new excitement for photography! This past weekend, we decide to take our new camera and hit the road on a date and see what we saw. We didn't have any plans as to where we were going and we just kind of drove. Kidless - Careless. It was heavenly! Take a peek at some of the pictures we captured during our very fun date!
It was a great day and a great date with my hubby! It happened to also be the day we had our first snow (which Brian and I LOVE and we always make a big deal of in our house). We ended up in several locations for pictures and ended up trying a new Mexican place for lunch, it was a great day! We had fun talking, learning and trying something new together. I can NOT wait to do another photo date!
I love that you guys invested in a new camera! Beautiful! I love the idea of a "photo date" too. This season's fall colors are breath taking.
