He grew a year in a day!

Yesterday, I was gone all day.  I got a mani/pedi in the morning, had a bridal shower to go to for my friend Kristen and had to show a few houses afterwards.  Brian was with the kiddos all day and they had a BLAST!  When I got home, Blake had a new trick to show me...

Blake was SO proud!!  He all the sudden just "got it"  he can balance all the way down the driveway (even though in the video he touched down twice, we have seen him do it all the way no touching), he is going fast, fast and has total control!  And, most importantly, he loves it!

He is so happy!  I am so happy!  We are gonna add pedals in the next few weeks and are hoping our little man will be on a 2 wheel bike SOON!  Yay!  

THEN, we played a board game and it was the best time we have ever had playing a board game, he knew the rules, when to spin, how many to count, etc. it was a great feeling!

As we took our walk last night, his conversation amazed me!  He has always been a talker but now, he is making adult like sense!  SO fun to hear his little brain and heart work together to make things make sense.

As we tucked him into bed last night, Brian said "Blake I think you grew a whole year just today" and I grinned.
