BUCKET LIST Summer 2012

The HOT HOT days are coming, in fact here in CO we have already had some scorchers!  The warm water makes me think of water and all things outdoor.  This year, I wanted to make a summer "bucket" list of our own.  Things that were important or fun for us right here in CO.  Some are closer, some are farther ALL are fun and will be done!  Here's our bucket list...
  1. day at secrest pool
  2. bike & picnic at stanley lake
  3. bike and story time at library
  4. music in the park and ice cream treat at scrumptious after
  5. pj walk at night
  6. slip and slide with shaving cream and plastic tablecloths
  7. squirt bottle spray paint
  8. bear creek lake beach day
  9. ebin g fine park
  10. elitchs
  11. backyard "olympics"
  12. bike carwash/water day
  13. picnic dinner at the park
  14. backyard campout
  15. nature hike at two ponds
  16. splash
  17. zoo
  18. dino ridge
  19. fishing
  20. outdoor fort
  21. evergreen lake and lunch on the patio at winery by creek
  22. day trip to CO Springs zoo
  23. blinds closed movie theatre pj day
  24. Rockies day game
  25. Belleview park
  26. sunflower farm
  27. strawberry picking in brighton
  28. strider bike hill/dirt bike day
  29. Tiny town
  30. create a city sidewalk chalk
  31. summer movie
  32. movie in the park
  33. book and matching craft day
  34. start a pin pal
  35. host an ice cream social in the backyard for our friends
  36. alphabet scavenger hunt around the hood
  37. make HUGE HUGE frozen ice cubes with toys in them and have kids figure out ways to get them to melt
  38. drive to a lake in the mountains and play
  39. Catch a bee and freeze then attach a string for when it wakes up
  40. Play Hopscotch
43.  Movie theatre 
45.  Grow some flowers and cards and drop off at senior center
46.  Make a HUGE sand castle at the beach 
48.  Spend the day downtown (16th street tram, lunch outside patio, toy store and buy a toy treat)
49.  Go to several free library shows
50.  Join the summer reading club
