1st of 1st

Preparing for Blake to start school last year was a big transition for all of us.  Emotionally hard for me as I watched my first baby bear make his entrance into the world.  You can read about that HERE.

This year we go from half day school to real school.  Real. School.  All day school!  7 hours away from mom school.  I know I am not ready BUT I know he is which makes this whole process a lot easier.

He is excited for Spanish, gym class and 2 recesses!  He has friends going into the year, he gets to order hot lunch every once in a while, did I mention specials?!..we are talking BIG stuff now people.

So, here we go..another 1st.

And - I have been behind on LIFE lately so this is a bit late BUT here is an update for ya now that we are IN IT!**

And, I am happy to report that we are starting week 3 and he is LOVING it way more than I could ever imagine!  The fact that he got a male spanish teacher is icing on the cake!
