- I love that Blake calls Nutcrackers "cracker nuts"
- I love late night present wrapping with the hubby and all of the anticipation we share for our kids to open their gifts
- getting family pictures taken and having keepsakes from this second of our life
- finding Lego parrots, toy penguins and random missiles in our Christmas tree...and, a few we have yet to find!
- watching little fingers donate money in the red can, smile to the man ringing the bell and then explain to me on our walk to the car, why we give
- all of the fun festivities we have been able to have and are looking forward too; gingerbread competitions, annual family baking day, holiday parties, plays and parades - all things magical!
- Waking up every morning to my kids delight over the funny/crazy things Rudol is up too
- THIS
- and, even cuter than that.....
- The conversations, yes conversations I am having with Piper! The sentences are coming in strong...I am pretty sure THIS is my favorite stage
- I love the yelling, screaming and oh, so genuine excitement from my kids as we drive past Christmas lights
nuttin' better! I'm enjoying all of the small things these next two weeks! I am anxiously awaiting Blake's Pre-k Christmas program, taking my mom to see White Christmas and a day of shopping, our annual baking with my mom, grandma and my kiddos, daddy home for 3 weeks, Blake and my 3rd annual "date" to our Christmas play at church! SO, so, so much! It is NO wonder why I love this time of year!
What are you MOST looking forward to?
